Your path takes shape by the steps you take! The “Selection Supports” initiative lends a helping hand. Here, the member houses of the partner association dedicate themselves not only to the general training offer, but also to the support and development of trainees and young employees.
Highlights are the Trainee Chef Contest and the Hotel & Restaurant Professional Trainee Contest, two annual competitions covering all areas of the hotel industry. The initiative also offers young talent one-week “cross-trainings” as well as special one-year management trainee programmes in various hotels of the Selection.
This area of the association’s work gives our young talent a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, knowledge and references in different hotels in the shortest time possible.
